Who we are
vikaaperfumes.com is operated by VikAa Perfumes, India. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, the items you buy and your order history.
- Accounts: your email, name, saved addresses and marketing choices. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and we never see them.
- Early access: your email address and your consent to receive updates.
- Unfinished checkouts: if you enter your email or mobile number at checkout and don’t complete the order, we keep those details and your bag for up to 30 days so we can help you finish. We only message you on WhatsApp about it if you tick that option.
- Usage: anonymous website analytics through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Payments are processed on Cashfree Payments’ secure checkout. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping emails, provide customer support, handle cancellations and refunds, prevent fraud and misuse (including cash-on-delivery protection), keep the records the law requires, and send marketing updates only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Cashfree Payments, to take online payments and refunds.
- Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver your order and track it.
- Google, for sending our emails, analytics (with consent), and sign-in if you choose “Continue with Google”.
- Apple, if you choose “Continue with Apple”.
- The technical providers that host and secure this website, only as needed to run it.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your shopping bag and sign-in working. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the privacy banner, and you can change that choice at any time from “Privacy choices”.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept until you delete your account. Early-access details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, and withdraw any consent you have given. You can update or delete your account from My account, or email dhara@vikaaperfumes.com.
