Products
We describe each fragrance as accurately as we can. The way a fragrance smells and develops varies from person to person, and colours on screen can differ from the real product. Our perfumes are for external use only. Patch-test on a small area of skin first, avoid contact with eyes and broken skin, keep away from children, heat and open flame, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Prices and offers
Prices are in Indian rupees. Each 100 mL Eau de Parfum is ₹1,699. Until 31 October 2026, our founding price applies: ₹999 for one bottle, with lower bundle prices for two, three or four bottles. Automatic offers do not combine; when more than one applies, checkout gives you the lowest eligible total. The final price, including delivery and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout, and that is the price you pay.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted once online payment is confirmed or, for cash on delivery, once we confirm it. Each order is limited to 20 bottles. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹3,000 where our couriers offer it, with a ₹49 handling fee, and we may decline cash on delivery for customers whose earlier cash-on-delivery parcels were refused. We may cancel an order with a full refund if an item becomes unavailable, a price was shown in error, the address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. We do not accept returns; cancellations and refunds for damaged, leaking or incorrect items are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse of offers or cash on delivery.
Content
The VikAa name, logo, the Ka character, photographs and text on this website belong to VikAa Perfumes. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nadiad, Gujarat.
